Key Responsibilities - Generate new business leads and identify potential customers. - Contact and communicate with prospective clients. - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Schedule and conduct customer meetings and property/project visits. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. - Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. - Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information. - Coordinate with the sales and management teams.



- Stay updated about company projects, market trends, and competitors.
