Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strong Warehouse Manager who can independently manage warehouse operations, logistics, inventory and a large team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete warehouse and logistics operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff, executives, helpers and loading/unloading teams.
- Ensure proper inward, outward, storage and movement of materials.
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, physical verification and reconciliation.
- Plan and control dispatches and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper warehouse records, registers and ERP/SAP entries.
- Ensure warehouse discipline, housekeeping, safety and systematic material placement.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues and take corrective action.
- Prepare regular stock and operational reports for management.
- Handle manpower planning, work allocation and team performance.




- Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and resolve issues independently.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–10 years in Warehouse & Logistics.
- Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.
- Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
- Confident, practical and capable of managing warehouse staff firmly and professionally.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes and logistics operations.
- SAP/ERP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
