- Understands the pulse of a client
- Listens more, talks less — but when they talk, the client listens
- Keeps a cool mind when everything around them is on fire
- Takes challenges head-on
- Is always learning and constantly finding something new to share with clients
- Wants to upgrade themselves, the client, the brand, the team and everyone they meet
- Will redo a creative debrief 100 times if that's what it takes to get the best for the client
- Doesn't believe in fake promises, over-commitment or saying YES just because they're afraid of losing the client
- Doesn't believe in “Yes Sir, Yes Sir.” They believe in asking, “Have you thought about this?”
- Challenges the client's thinking, proves what's best for the brand and sells what's best for the client
