Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, Production Engineering, or any relevant technical discipline from a recognized institution.

- The Tool Room Engineer will be responsible for preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of injection moulds, including mould assembly, disassembly, cleaning, polishing, and replacement of worn components.
- The role involves supporting production during mould changeovers and trials, analyzing and resolving mould-related defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, warpage, and part sticking, and ensuring minimum machine and mould downtime.




- The engineer will coordinate closely with production and quality teams to maintain consistent part quality, maintain mould history cards, maintenance and breakdown records, manage critical spare parts, follow SOPs, safety, and 5S practices, and coordinate with external tool vendors for tool repair and modification.
- The position also requires driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mould life, improve cycle time, and increase overall tooling efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
