Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Engineer / Site In-Charge to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and project management.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Check measurements, quantities, materials, and workmanship at the site.
- Coordinate with the design/technical team regarding drawings, site issues, and modifications.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and construction materials.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material records.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor the quality of concrete, masonry, plastering, reinforcement, shuttering,



finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure rectification of defects or quality issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and work progress.
- Report delays, material requirements, manpower requirements, and other site issues to the management.
- Ensure good housekeeping and discipline at the project site.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial construction will be preferred.
