North Willow Consulting is hiring a Social Media & Operations Executive for a growing kids’ personal care brand in Kolkata.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining social media, influencer marketing, founder-level coordination and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Schedule posts and maintain consistent brand communication across platforms
- Research and reach out to relevant influencers/content creators
- Negotiate and coordinate influencer collaborations, including barter partnerships
- Manage influencer briefs, product dispatches, deliverables and follow-ups
- Maintain influencer databases and track reach, engagement and performance
- Monitor comments, DMs, community interactions and collaboration queries
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media and influencer performance reports
- Coordinate with designers, writers, freelancers, agencies and vendors
- Support the Founder with calendar management, meetings, reminders, follow-ups and priority tracking
- Maintain task lists and ensure timely closure of action points
- Support presentations,



documentation and operational coordination
- Track campaign timelines and marketing deliverables
- Assist with marketplace and website operations and updates
- Process daily marketplace/website orders
- Assist with daily sales reconciliation and marketing/operations reports
- Handle basic customer interaction and feedback collection
- Conduct competitor, influencer-trend and digital-marketing research

Skills We’re Looking For

- Strong written and verbal English
- Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and content formats
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Meta tools
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Understanding/exposure to SEO, AEO, AI Optimization and GEO will be an advantage
- Strong coordination, follow-up and deadline ownership
- Organised, proactive and comfortable multitasking
- Ability to work closely with the Founder and different internal/external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace
