Main Resposiblity :
1. Financial Accounting, Statutory & IFRS Reporting
· Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
· Ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability of financial accounts.
· Prepare local, Group and IFRS reporting.
· Ensure IFRS adjustments and reconciliations between local and Group accounts.
· Coordinate statutory audits and manage external auditors.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group accounting policies.
2. Internal Control, Audit & Risk Management
· Design and maintain robust internal controls over inventory, costing, procurement, payments, segregation of duties and Order-to-Cash.
· Drive remediation plans for audit findings.
· Act as key finance counterpart for audits and compliance reviews.
· Promote a strong control and compliance culture.
3. Operations Finance & Business Partnering
· Analyse manufacturing costs, margins, variances, scrap, productivity, overhead absorption and inventory movements.
· Partner with and challenge Plant Management, Production, Procurement and Sales to identify risks and drive actions.
· Provide input on pricing, commercial conditions, profitability, capex and investment reviews.
· Translate operational issues into financial impacts and clear recommendations.
4. Cash Flow, Working Capital & Treasury
· Own cash flow forecasting and monitor receivables, inventory and payables.
· Ensure strong controls over cash collection, credit exposure and treasury compliance.
5. Team Leadership
· Manage and develop the local finance team.
· Maintain a hands-on approach while enabling team autonomy, accountability and continuity.
Reporting to : Reports locally to the Managing Director, with a functional reporting line to APAC Finance.
Education :CA / CMA preferred.
Experience :
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing.
- Strong background in accounting, month-end closing, statutory compliance, internal controls and working capital management.
- Good understanding of IFRS, Group requirements and local statutory requirements.
- Valuable understanding of costing, inventory and operational performance drivers.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience with Microsoft Dynamics as ERP will be a strong plus
- Ability to work hands-on while leading and developing a local finance team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge operations constructively and drive actions.
Languages:- Fluent in English ,Other languages are an asset
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
