Key Responsibilities

* Deliver one-to-one or group online training sessions.

* Teach fundamentals of real estate management and property management.

* Cover topics such as property operations, leasing, facilities, asset management, and real estate finance.

* Explain real-world real estate processes, practices, and case studies.

* Assess learner progress and provide feedback.

* Customize training based on the learner's experience and learning objectives.

Requirements

* Degree or skilled qualification in Real Estate, Property Management,



Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field.

* 3+ years of relevant industry or teaching/training experience.

* Strong practical knowledge of real estate and property management.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Comfortable conducting training through online platforms.

Preferred

* Experience training working professionals.

* Industry certifications in real estate/property management.

* Practical experience with commercial or residential property management.

* Ability to provide real-world examples and case studies.
