We are looking for empathetic, ethical, and passionate Counselling Psychologists to join our growing network of mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide confidential online counselling sessions through secure video consultations.
- Support clients experiencing emotional, behavioural, relationship, academic, workplace, and personal life challenges.
- Develop individualized counselling plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Build a secure, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and applicable legal standards.
- Refer clients to Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, or other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
- Participate in continuous professional development and maintain high standards of counselling practice.

QualificationsEssential

- Master's Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Strong counselling and communication skills.
- Excellent empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct professional online counselling sessions.
- Fluency in spoken Malayalam is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.

Preferred





- Minimum 1 year of counselling experience (fresh postgraduates with supervised counselling experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Experience providing online counselling or teletherapy.
- Knowledge of evidence-based counselling approaches such as CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Person-Centred Therapy.
- Ability to communicate in additional Indian languages is an added advantage.

Compensation

- Therapists may propose their expected consultation fee.
- Final consultation fees will be determined by Kelkkan based on qualifications, experience, specialization, and platform pricing policy.
