Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Inside Sales Executive to handle sales activities through tele-calling, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Knowledge of an additional language such as Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu is mandatory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM/software.
- Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and sales MIS.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts,



and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and other sales activities as required.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Additional Language Requirement

Mandatory: Candidate must be fluent in English + any one additional Indian language, preferably:

- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Kannada
- Telugu

Candidates with fluency in more than one additional language will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Handling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in sales can also apply.
- Experience in B2B sales or tele-sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
