Position: Store Manager/ Sale Staff
Experience: 3–5+ years in retail/store management
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales staff.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock, inventory, product displays, and replenishment.
- Maintain proper store discipline, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Manage billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic documentation.
