Job Title: IT Executive

Role:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure across 9 campuses. The role focuses on maintaining smart boards, computers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and ensuring stable internet connectivity to support smooth academic and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across 9 campuses.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart boards, computers, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and network performance.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system checks, maintenance, and updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage IT operations across multiple locations.
