Job Title: E-commerce Manager (Amazon.in)

Minimum 1 Year of Hands-on Experience in Amazon.in Seller Account Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager with proven experience managing Amazon.in seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling end-to-end marketplace operations, driving account growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day seller account management. Agency/consultancy experience is acceptable; prior in-house experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete Amazon.in seller account operations.

Handle product listings, catalog creation, and catalog optimization.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management.

Ensure account health and compliance with Amazon policies.

Manage order processing, returns, refunds, and customer issues.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth marketplace operations.

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Conduct keyword research and optimize product content for better visibility.

Resolve listing suppression, stranded inventory, and account-related issues.

Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.





Work closely with PPC teams to improve sales and profitability.

Manage promotional activities, deals, and marketplace campaigns.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.

Experience in product listing and catalog management.

Understanding of Amazon account health metrics and policies.

Inventory and order management expertise.

Analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon.in seller accounts.

Experience handling complete seller account operations is mandatory.

Agency/consultancy experience is acceptable.

In-house brand experience is not qualified.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
