Job Summary
Digital Cockpit (Command Center) Analyst Job Title: Digital Cockpit Analyst / Command Center Analyst Location: Noida (or as applicable) Experience: 3-7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary The Digital Cockpit Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing the health, performance, and availability of critical business applications, infrastructure, and digital services through the Command Center. The role serves as the central point for operational visibility, proactive issue identification, incident management, stakeholder communication, and service governance to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor end-to-end performance of business-critical applications, infrastructure, and digital services using enterprise monitoring tools. Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, system alerts, and service disruptions. Coordinate Major Incident Management (MIM) activities, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication. Analyze dashboards and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and potential service degradation. Track incidents, service requests, and problem records to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Application Support, Network, Cloud, Security, and Vendor teams. Prepare and distribute real-time status reports, incident communications, and service health dashboards. Support business continuity by proactively identifying operational risks and escalation requirements. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and trend assessments. Maintain operational runbooks, escalation matrices, and process documentation. Required Skills Strong understanding of IT Operations, Digital Operations, and Service Management.
Experience in Command Center, Digital Operations Center (DOC), NOC, or Service Operations environments. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog, or similar. Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms. Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Key Responsibilities
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive and business stakeholder interactions. Preferred Qualifications ITIL Foundation Certification. Experience in digital transformation or enterprise operations environments. Knowledge of automation, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI. Exposure to DevOps and SRE practices is an added advantage.
