- Patient Care
- Assess patients and monitor their health condition.
- Provide basic and specialized nursing care according to the patient's needs.
- Assist patients with bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene when required.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and privacy.
- Medication Management
- Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
- Check the correct patient, medication, dose, route, and timing.
- Observe patients for medication effects and adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate medication records.
- Monitoring and Assessment
- Record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Observe changes in the patient's condition and report abnormalities promptly.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records.
- Clinical Procedures
- Perform procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, injections, IV care, and specimen collection according to training and hospital policy.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for investigations and surgery.
- Emergency Care
- Recognize emergencies and respond promptly.
- Provide first aid and assist with resuscitation and emergency procedures.
- Follow hospital emergency protocols.
- Infection Prevention
- Follow hand-hygiene and infection-control practices.




- Use personal protective equipment appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient-care workplace.
- Dispose of biomedical waste correctly.
- Patient Education
- Explain medications, treatments, diet, hygiene, and follow-up care to patients and families.
- Encourage patients to follow their treatment plan.
- Provide health education appropriate to the patient's condition.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, patients, and relatives.
- Participate in nursing handovers.
- Coordinate with other healthcare departments to ensure continuity of care.
- Documentation
- Maintain nursing records, medication charts, care plans, and other required documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and confidential.
- Professional Responsibilities
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical principles.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Maintain professional behavior and accountability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
