What You'll Do

- Find and engage with relevant business, startup, SaaS, marketing and founder communities.
- Build relationships with founders, creators, influencers and industry professionals.
- Research relevant influencers and content creators for Growbro.
- Reach out to creators for collaborations and partnerships.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and content collaborations.
- Manage communication and follow-ups with creators.
- Engage with relevant posts, discussions and communities to increase Growbro's visibility.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, podcasts, webinars and community activities.
- Track influencer and community campaigns and report results.
- Help Growbro build a strong organic network.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Active on LinkedIn and Instagram.




- Comfortable sending DMs and reaching out to new people.
- Positive research skills.
- Confident communicating with creators and professionals.
- Interested in influencer marketing, communities and growth.
- Persistent and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Previous influencer/community experience is a plus.
