Key Responsibilities

- Machine Design & Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of Liquid Filling, Capping, Labeling, Washing, Inspection, Sealing, Cartoning, and Complete Packaging Line machinery.
- 3D Modeling & Detailing: Oversee and execute accurate 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and assembly drawings primarily using SolidWorks (and Autodesk Inventor where required).
- Team Leadership & Project Management: Guide, mentor, and review the work of the design engineering team to ensure project milestones and delivery timelines are strictly met.
- Customization & Innovation: Develop customized machine solutions to fulfill distinct client and project specifications while promoting continuous design improvements and standardization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate extensively with Production, Purchase, Automation, and After-Sales Service departments for smooth project execution.
- Compliance & Quality Check: Ensure all designs comply with GMP/cGMP standards, safety regulations, and practical manufacturing/machining feasibility.




- Testing & Shop-Floor Support: Provide technical support during machine assembly, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), final installation, and troubleshooting phases.

Profile & Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of core experience in mechanical design within the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing sector (Preference given to candidates from Pharma/Packaging Machinery backgrounds).
- Software Expertise: Advanced hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks (Sheet metal, weldments, large assembly management, and drawing detailing). Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor is an added advantage.
- Location: Candidates based locally in Ahmedabad (preferably familiar with GIDC Vatva and surrounding industrial belts) are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
