Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Doctor to provide medical care, emergency support and occupational health services to employees at a corporate Occupational Health Centre. The doctor will be responsible for clinical consultations, emergency management, health assessments and overall medical support at the OHC.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct medical consultations and provide appropriate diagnosis and treatment to employees.
- Attend to employee walk-ins and manage common illnesses, minor injuries and occupational health concerns.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate medical intervention as required.
- Assess patients and decide on appropriate referral to hospitals/specialists when necessary.
- Supervise and guide the OHC nursing team in providing quality patient care.
- Conduct and support pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
- Monitor occupational health concerns and provide appropriate medical advice.
- Review and maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation of consultations and treatments.
- Ensure appropriate use and availability of emergency medicines, medical equipment and first-aid supplies.




- Participate in employee health awareness, wellness and occupational health programs.
- Support health surveillance and workplace health initiatives.
- Coordinate with hospitals, ambulance services and other healthcare providers when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information and ensure qualified medical practices.
- Ensure compliance with OHC protocols, occupational health standards and applicable medical guidelines.
- Provide guidance and training to OHC nurses on emergency response and medical procedures as required.

Mandatory Eligibility

- MBBS – Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience – Mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience preferred
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Experience in Occupational Health / Corporate OHC / Hospital / Clinic will be preferred.
- Good clinical and emergency-handling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage an OHC.
- Good documentation and basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
