About the Role

Senvision Technology is seeking an experienced, bilingual Japanese Project Manager to lead client management and technical communication for our automotive camera module project. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical teams and Japanese clients, driving project execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese automotive clients, managing communication, project milestones, and deliverables.
- Technical Interpretation & Translation: Facilitate seamless consecutive/simultaneous interpretation for engineering meetings, supplier discussions, and plant audits; translate technical specifications, engineering change requests, and quality reports.
- Project Tracking & Execution: Lead end-to-end project timelines for automotive camera module initiatives, ensuring alignment on quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
- Quality & Process Alignment:



Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to ensure client-specific automotive standards (IATF 16949 / QMS) are thoroughly understood and implemented.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional project management, technical translation, or client management experience in the automotive industry.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the Automotive Camera Module or optical technology industry is highly preferred. Having experience in Automotive / Automobile Industry is also good.
- Language Proficiency: High fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 certified or equivalent capability) and skilled business English.
- Quality Management: Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and automotive processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP, ISO, IATF 16949) is a major advantage.
- Availability: Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
