Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Hair and Skin clinic experienced candidate to work as a Therapist cum Telecaller. The role involves handling client calls, explaining services, booking appointments, and assisting with basic therapy-related support (training can be provided if needed).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain services and convert leads into appointments
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Assist with therapy sessions (if applicable)
- Ensure positive customer experience

Requirements:

- hair and skin clinic experienced candidate preferred
- Good communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English as needed)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and patient personality
- Prior experience in telecalling or wellness/clinic field is a plus
