Job Summary
We are looking for Graduate Trainees who are interested in building a career in the Pulp & Paper industry. Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and exposure to various plant operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured training in plant operations and processes.
- Learn and support day-to-day pulp and paper manufacturing activities.
- Assist senior team members in process monitoring and quality checks.
- Follow safety, quality and operational procedures.
- Maintain required production and process records.
- Work closely with production and technical teams.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates with B.Sc / M.Sc qualification.
- Specialization in Science or Pulp & Paper preferred.
- Positive communication and learning skills.
- Willingness to work at the plant location in Doulthabad, Sangareddy.
Training will be provided to selected candidates.
