Production Executive

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible and hands-on Production Executive to manage and monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities and ensure work is completed as per plan.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
- Allocate work to production staff and follow up on daily targets.
- Monitor production quantity, quality and productivity.
- Maintain daily production reports, records and MIS.
- Identify production delays, material shortages and operational issues and report them to management.
- Ensure proper use of materials, manpower and production resources.
- Monitor adherence to production processes, SOPs and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the production area.
- Follow up on pending production work and ensure timely completion.




- Support the Production Manager in achieving daily and monthly targets.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–5 years in Production / Manufacturing.
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
- Should be hardworking, disciplined and result-oriented.
- Good team-handling and coordination skills.
- Practical knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and MIS.
- Should be comfortable working in a factory setting and handling pressure.
- Manufacturing/factory experience will be preferred.
