Job Description

Interior Project Engineer Responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and executing civil and interior fit-out works at project sites. Ensure that all works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedule, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil and interior works at the project site.
Execute works as per approved architectural, civil, structural, and interior drawings. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor civil works including masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and painting.
Supervise interior works such as false ceiling, gypsum/glass partitions, carpentry, joinery, wall finishes, furniture and other fit-out activities.
Check dimensions, levels, alignments, materials, and workmanship at site.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material requirements before execution. Take site measurements and assist with RA bills, quantity verification, and contractor billing.
Monitor daily progress against the project schedule and report delays or site issues. Coordinate civil/interior activities with MEP services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting works.




Inspect incoming materials and ensure they meet approved specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, measurements, inspection records, and other site documentation.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Conduct snagging inspections and ensure timely closure of all defects before handover. Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety procedures.
Support project completion, final inspection, and handover.

Required Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
Experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
Positive knowledge of civil finishing and interior materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, billing, and basic estimation.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
