We are looking for a dedicated Visa Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Job Role

The Visa Executive will be responsible for handling visa applications, guiding clients through the documentation process, and ensuring smooth visa processing for various countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, and student visas.
- Guide clients on visa documentation and eligibility requirements.
- Verify and prepare visa application forms and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
- Track visa applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle customer queries related to visa procedures and travel documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and ensure compliance with visa regulations.




- Stay updated on latest immigration rules and visa policies for different countries.

Requirements

- 0–3 years experience in visa processing or travel consultancy.
- Good knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia visa procedures (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation handling.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience in travel agencies or visa consultancy firms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
