Role Summary

Responsible for complete warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, inward/outward movement, dispatch, team management, warehouse discipline and SOP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of all products.

· Maintain accurate physical and system inventory; conduct regular stock checks.

· Verify incoming stock against PO/invoice and coordinate QC wherever required.

· Ensure accurate and timely B2B, distributor and e-commerce dispatches.

· Ensure every carton is properly labelled and weighed before dispatch with weight recorded.

· Manage returns, replacements, damaged/defective and slow-moving stock.

· Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily task accountability, discipline and productivity.

· Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, security and proper product storage.

· Prepare daily/weekly MIS for stock, inward, outward, pending dispatch and discrepancies.

· Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, E-commerce, QC,



Accounts and Logistics teams.

· Immediately report stock shortages, damages, discrepancies or unauthorized stock movement to management.

Required Skills & Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

· 4–7 years of warehouse experience, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, e-commerce or distribution.

· Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

· Good Excel/MIS and ERP/WMS knowledge.

· Solid team-handling, communication and problem-solving skills.

· High level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
