Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account delivery and operational leadership, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and enhancing customer experiences.
- Experience in robotic process automation and process engineering initiatives.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious productivity targets.
- Familiarity with industry trends in hospitality or retail sectors is a plus.
- Proficient in project planning and execution with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction.

- Lead the delivery of strategic business services to key accounts, ensuring operational excellence and high client satisfaction.

- Set and drive ambitious productivity targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
