IT Recruiter (Fresher)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter – Fresher to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to start their career in IT Recruitment, gain hands-on experience, develop technical recruitment knowledge, and connect talented professionals with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the requirements of various IT positions.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and suitability.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and meet recruitment timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Freshers / recent graduates who are interested in building a career in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the software industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals is preferred.
- Solid learning attitude and willingness to understand different technical profiles.
- Confident, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about building a long-term career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Work Mode: On-site
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Preferred Candidates: Candidates residing in Thane and nearby locations
