The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of plant machinery and utility systems. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting production goals through rigorous technical execution.

Core Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

- Execute Maintenance Tasks: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on core dairy processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot Processing Systems: Diagnose and repair technical issues on Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, and Centrifugal Separators.

Utility Management

- Monitor Infrastructure: Maintain plant utility systems , air compressor.
- Manage Refrigeration: Operate and service industrial ammonia refrigeration systems in compliance with safety standards.
- Facilities Support: Assist with general building maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

Education & Experience

- Education:



ITI Fitter certification is required.
- Advanced Education: Diploma or Higher Degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in food, beverage, dairy processing is a robust advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
