GM Sales & Marketing :

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across West Bengal.
- Manage and develop key customer relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Identify and acquire current customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business updates for management.

Job Specifications

- Experience: 5–7 years in Sales, preferably in the Paper Industry.
- Education: Graduate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer relationships and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
