About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Oracle BSS Engineer to join our technology team. The role involves development, configuration, integration, database development, testing, and production support for Oracle-based enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle BSS application components
- Develop custom workflows, APIs, and integrations
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, SQL queries, and database objects
- Work with Java-based applications and enterprise integrations
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical incidents
- Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the development and deployment lifecycle

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in Oracle BSS, enterprise application development, or integration
- Strong proficiency in Java and PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and database modeling




- Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle BSS products, such as BRM, Siebel CRM, OSM, PDC, or ECE
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JMS, or Kafka
- Understanding of Telecommunications BSS processes
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards such as eTOM and SID is an advantage
- English proficiency: B1+

Nice to Have

- Experience with BSS upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience working in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments
