We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to handle on-site operations, client visits, document collection, product deliveries, and coordination activities. The candidate should be comfortable traveling locally and maintaining professional relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations as per assigned schedules.
- Collect and submit documents, payments, and required information.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct market visits and gather customer feedback.
- Assist in product demonstrations, installations, or service activities (if required).
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting.
- Maintain records of daily visits and activities.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines during field visits.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, sales, collections, or customer service.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Own two-wheeler (preferred).
