- Subscriber Acquisition: Achieve monthly and quarterly chit group enrollment targets by acquiring new individual and business subscribers.
- Agent Network Management: Recruit, train, and manage chit agents to expand market reach and drive sales volumes.
- Catchment Marketing: Plan and execute local promotional events, outdoor campaigns, and field sales activities to build brand awareness.
- Chit Group Filling: Ensure rapid completion and closure of chit groups to enable timely auction scheduling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Advise prospective clients on suitable chit schemes, bidding processes, and dividend perks.
- Collection Coordination: Collaborate with collection teams to ensure timely payment of monthly installments by subscribers.




- Documentation & Verification: Oversee background checks, KYC compliance, and collection of necessary security documents for chit prize money releases.
- Team Leadership: Monitor sales team performance, set targets, and provide direct field support to close high-value accounts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
