Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Post-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships after property sales, coordinating documentation and handovers, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate property documentation, agreements, registration, possession, and handover processes.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Legal, Finance, CRM, and Operations.
- Track pending customer requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, documentation, and other post-sales requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the post-sales journey.
- Prepare regular reports on customer issues, pending activities,
and closures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in post-sales/customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate documentation and property handover processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,013.15 - ₹17,000.00 per month
