Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and academically strong Assistant Professor – Architecture to contribute to teaching, research, design education, and academic development within the School of Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures, studio sessions, tutorials, and design critiques.
- Teach subjects related to Architectural Design, Building Technology, History of Architecture, Architectural Graphics, and allied areas.
- Guide students in design projects, dissertations, internships, and academic activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, and departmental activities.
- Undertake research, publish papers in reputed journals/conferences, and contribute to research projects.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industry-oriented academic activities.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.




- Contribute to institutional and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Department/School.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Arch. and M.Arch./relevant Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, as applicable under prevailing Council of Architecture (CoA) and UGC norms.
- Valid CoA registration is preferred/required wherever applicable.
- Candidates with teaching experience in Architecture/Design education will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, building technology, and relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
- Good communication, presentation, design, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹13,056.28 - ₹45,000.00 per month
