Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls daily to manufacturers, traders and exporters across India
* Generate freight enquiries and manage a live pipeline tracker on Excel and CRM updated daily
* Coordinate between clients and operations team for load confirmations and dispatch details
* Send rate quotes, follow-up messages and status updates via WhatsApp and email

Requirements:
* Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English and Kannada / Tamil / Telugu
* Hands-on working knowledge of MS Excel data entry, trackers, basic formulas
* Basic familiarity with any CRM tool (Zoho CRM preferred, not mandatory)
* Prior experience in logistics or freight sales preferred but not mandatory
* Freshers with solid communication skills and drive are welcome to applyWork

* Training period: 2 to 3 months (in-person,

* Full-time employment offered upon successful completion of training period

Compensation:
* Stipend and incentives provided throughout the training period ,details will be discussed at the time of interview
* Full-time salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000/month plus incentives upon conversion
* Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
