CCTV & IT Service Engineer Company: SKYNETT Location: Mysuru, Karnataka SKYNETT is a growing technology solutions company providing CCTV & security solutions, IT hardware, networking, printers, UPS, smart automation and related technology solutions to businesses and institutions. We are looking for a CCTV & IT Service Engineer who is technically skilled, responsible, customer-friendly and willing to learn and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and surveillance solutions. - Troubleshoot CCTV, networking and related technical issues at customer locations. - Install and configure computers, printers, routers, switches and other IT equipment. - Perform LAN/network cabling, basic network configuration and troubleshooting. - Attend customer service calls and provide professional technical support. - Diagnose hardware and software problems and provide effective solutions. - Assist in new CCTV, networking and IT installation projects. - Maintain proper service reports and update job status. - Coordinate with customers and the SKYNETT team to complete service work on time. - Follow proper installation, safety and customer-service standards.



Required Skills - Basic knowledge of CCTV/DVR/NVR systems. - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking. - Understanding of IP addresses, LAN, routers and switches. - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Willingness to travel to customer locations within Mysuru and nearby areas. - Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn. Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a robust willingness to learn may also be considered.
