Job Summary

Cognimab Innovations Private Limited (Mabzone Group of Companies) is looking for a passionate Robotics & Drone Trainer to deliver hands-on training in Robotics, Drone Technology, IoT, and Embedded Systems. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in embedded platforms, robotics applications, and drone technologies, along with excellent training and mentoring skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Robotics, Drones, IoT, and Embedded Systems.
- Train students on Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, sensors, and actuator interfacing.
- Guide learners in drone assembly, flight controller setup, and UAV basics.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and technical sessions at colleges and institutions.
- Mentor students on robotics, drone, and IoT-based projects.
- Develop training content, assignments, lab manuals, and assessments.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during practical sessions.
- Support students in technical competitions and innovation challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, IoT, and Drones.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or STM32.
- Knowledge of Embedded C, C++, Python, and IoT concepts.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, motors, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C).
- Basic knowledge of drone hardware, flight controllers, and robotics systems.
- Solid communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, ECE, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Robotics, Drone Technology, Embedded Systems, IoT, or Technical Training.
- Relevant certifications in Robotics, Drones, Embedded Systems, or IoT will be an added advantage.
