About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to join PH REALTOR. The role involves visiting properties, coordinating with property owners, showing properties to clients, and helping PH REALTOR onboard new properties for sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and inspect new properties available for sale.
- Identify and onboard property owners who are looking to sell.
- Collect complete property details, photos, videos, location and pricing.
- Maintain good relationships with property owners.
- Coordinate with clients and arrange property site visits.
- Accompany clients during property visits and explain basic property details.
- Coordinate with the sales and site-visit team.
- Follow up with owners and clients after site visits.
- Update property availability and status regularly.
- Explore recent areas and identify potential properties for PH REALTOR.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable travelling around Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Real estate experience is preferred but freshers can apply.
- Should be proactive, punctual and willing to work in the field.
- Basic smartphone skills for WhatsApp, Google Maps, photos and videos.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
