What You'll Own

· Drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Quick Commerce & Shopify

· Manage listings, visibility, promotions, pricing & profitability

· Plan and optimize Marketplace, Meta & Google Ads

· Lead inventory planning, forecasting & stock health

· Track Revenue, ROAS, ACOS, CTR, Conversion, AOV & SKU performance

· Own marketplace events, reporting, competitor analysis & growth strategies

What We're Looking For

· 8+ years in E-commerce, Marketplace Management & Performance Marketing

· Beauty, skincare or lifestyle industry experience

· Hands-on with Amazon PI, Flipkart IRIS, Shopify & Google Analytics

· Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & marketplace ads

· Robust commercial, analytical & leadership skills

· CRO, funnel optimization & customer journey experience preferred

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
