Job Summary

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant with 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring ERP solutions, coordinating UAT, training users, and ensuring successful Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client requirements and business processes.
- Perform ERP configuration and functional implementation.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and Go-Live activities.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Support teams.
- Prepare BRD/FRD,



process flows, SOPs, UAT, and training documentation.
- Manage client communication and resolve functional issues.
- Ensure implementation milestones are completed within timelines.
- Provide post-Go-Live support and ensure smooth handover to Support.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in ERP Implementation / Functional Consulting.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Configuration, UAT, Training & Go-Live.
- Knowledge of Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Project Management, HR, or related ERP modules.
- Solid client communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Construction / Infrastructure / EPC / Real Estate ERP experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
