Your Role & Impact

- End-to-End Finance Management: Take ownership of day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and lead smooth monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Proactive Payment Collection: Drive payment collection efforts and revenue tracking to ensure healthy cash flow, coordinating seamlessly with internal departments.
- Statutory Compliance & Strategic Reporting: Manage GST, TDS, and other compliance activities while preparing insightful MIS reports and financial summaries for leadership.
- AI-Driven Financial Innovation: Leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to optimize data analysis, streamline routine tasks,



and elevate financial reporting.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced Skillset: Strong core financial and analytical acumen paired with the ability to utilize AI applications to enhance financial productivity and accuracy.
- Communication & Trust: Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, with a highly organized and responsible approach to confidential data.
