Key Responsibilities

- In-Process Quality:Conduct shop floor inspections during production and ensure strict compliance.
- Defect Management: Identify, document non-conformities, and support CAPA to improve production.
- Documentation & Safety: Maintain inspection records, check sheets, reports, and shop floor housekeeping standards.
- Team Coordination: Work with the production team to resolve quality issues and enforce standard work instructions.

*Requirements & Skills*

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Quality).
- Quality Methods: Basic knowledge of in-process quality control and inspection techniques.




- Measuring Instruments: Skilled in using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and various gauges.
- Soft & Operational Skills:* Strong observation, basic documentation/reporting, team coordination, and willingness to work in shifts.
