Export Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage day-to-day export operations, documentation and coordination with customers, logistics partners and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day export operations from order processing to shipment completion.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents and shipping partners.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Dispatch and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on shipment status.
- Ensure export orders are dispatched accurately and within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper records of export shipments, documents and customer requirements.
- Follow up on pending documentation, payments and shipment-related activities.
- Handle export-related queries and coordinate with customers when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export procedures and company processes.




- Prepare regular export reports and MIS for management.
- Identify and resolve shipment/documentation issues promptly.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–5 years in Export / International Business / Logistics.
- Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Experience with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs processes will be preferred.
- Should be organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple shipments simultaneously.
- International customer coordination experience will be an advantage.
