DevOps Engineer – Healthcare Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure for healthcare automation platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, API integrations, and event-driven architectures. Healthcare integration experience with FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, or payer APIs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure on Azure/AWS.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Manage Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker, autoscaling, and resilient workloads.
- Build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux.
- Implement blue-green/canary deployments, automated rollbacks, and security scanning.
- Manage API gateways such as Azure API Management or Kong.
- Support REST, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and payer API integrations.
- Implement observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, logs, metrics, and tracing.




- Build event-driven systems using Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
- Implement security using OAuth2, OIDC, Key Vault/Secrets Manager, encryption, OPA, and audit logging.
- Support developer platforms, infrastructure automation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
