We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the rapidly expanding Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Renewable Energy sector.

The ideal candidate should have a robust technical sales background with proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and closing large industrial projects. This role involves working closely with OEMs, EPC companies, contractors, panel builders, consultants, and industrial customers to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate new business from OEMs, EPC contractors, system integrators, panel builders, and industrial customers.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Promote Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA, Power Automation, and Industrial Control solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value industrial projects.




- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with product management and technical teams to understand customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6–8+ years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or Renewable Energy.
- Experience in Power Automation, EMS, SCADA, Industrial Controls, or Electrical Solutions will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
