Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and commercial proposals for EPC civil projects, ensuring competitive pricing and proper cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for EPC civil works.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Estimate material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, transportation, and other project costs.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for EPC tenders.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare comparative statements and negotiate rates to achieve cost-effective pricing.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project, Planning, and Site teams for accurate costing.
- Maintain updated material and labour rate databases.
- Analyze project costs and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify cost variations, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.




- Prepare cost sheets, MIS reports, and tender/commercial documentation.
- Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil estimation/costing, preferably in EPC/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and tender estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
