Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / ENTC / IT / AI / Data Science
Additional Qualification: Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory); Law degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
Searches

- Patentability Search

- Invalidity Search

- Freedom to Operate (FTO) Search

- Patent Landscape Search

- Other prior-art and analytical searches

Drafting

- Drafting of Provisional and Complete Specifications

- Experience in Indian, US, and EP jurisdictions

Prosecution

- Handling Indian, US, and EP patent prosecution

- Attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office

- Drafting Pre-Grant and Post-Grant Oppositions

Preferred Skills

- Robust patent drafting and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities





- Ability to manage multiple patent matters independently

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
