Intern / Fresher – Legal & Licensing Services

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern/Fresher to connect with prospective clients and promote our legal, tax, registration, compliance, and licensing services.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services.

· Understand customer requirements and provide basic service information.

· Follow up with leads and maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.

· Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.

· Schedule consultations with the sales/legal team.

· Coordinate with the team for smooth client follow-up and onboarding.

Requirements

· 12th Pass or Graduate.

· Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.

· Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Confident and polite telephone manner.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

· Willingness to learn and achieve targets.

· Positive attitude and positive follow-up skills.
