OVERVIEW:

Working under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, the Sr. Technician will perform his/ her services. The incumbent will be required to work intuitively to support the completion of the department’s goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Proper Assembling and testing of devices with perfection.

2. Actively repairing and maintenance of the Optoelectronics devices.

3. Sending Daily Progress Report (DPR) to the Reporting Manager on daily basis.

4. Filling of Data on server pertaining to the devices received for repairing which are under warranty or out of warranty.

5. Will be responsible for the maintenance of Testing equipment, machineries and tools of Production and NABL Lab.

6. Responsible for maintaining the cleanness especially in dust free areas of Production department and NABL LAB.

7. Count and ensure the complete raw material part received from Stores to production department. Also handover the final list to reporting manager for documentation purpose.

8. Proper and timely transfer of raw material to assembling line during assembling.

9. Actively and efficiently execute the directions of supervisor during assembling.

10. Neatly packing of Finish goods and accessories in Cartoons in packing area.

11. Will assist in the IQC, IPQC and OQC (Final quality control) as per process.

12.



Will do the assigned job related to NABL, ETDC and other certification’s.

13. Will do the regularly checks on Functionality of Production and NABL Lab equipment.

14. Coordinating with Stores for the raw material and consumables issue and transfer to Production.

15. Will assist Engineer/Assistant Manager/ Manager for Supply order material delivery and acceptance at site.

16. Maintain 5S

(the five S methodology helps a workplace remove items that are no longer needed (sort), organize the items to optimize efficiency and flow (straighten), clean the area in order to more easily identify problems (shine), implement color coding and labels to stay consistent with other areas (standardize) and develop behaviors that keep the workplace organized over the long term (sustain).
