Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a strong, confident and hands-on Warehouse Executive who can independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations and effectively handle the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock movement and material handling.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, helpers and loading/unloading activities.
- Maintain discipline, proper work allocation and productivity within the warehouse.
- Handle inward and outward material, stock verification and inventory records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch and other departments.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock registers and system entries.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, shortages and damages and report them to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and systematic arrangement of the warehouse.
- Take responsibility for smooth and timely warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



2–5 years in warehouse/store operations.
- Should be confident, practical, disciplined and firm in handling staff.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Valuable team-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to take responsibility and make decisions independently.
- Basic computer knowledge required; SAP/ERP experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong warehouse operations and team-management experience will be preferred.
